      兩會前夕，民革中心在一份提案中建議，我國應對天氣變化的技術需求必需掙脫對國外技術引進的依靠，將低碳技術立異作為我國未來高新技術發(fā)展的重要基礎，建立海內低碳技術自主立異體系，進一步強化低碳技術立異的市場環(huán)境。

      作為全國婦聯(lián)副主席，洪天慧委員以為，經(jīng)濟發(fā)展方式的轉變實在也是糊口方式轉變的題目。我們應當進一步倡導家庭低碳糊口，不斷進步家庭成員的環(huán)境意識，著力改變當前家庭糊口中存在的過度消費、過多排放等與低碳經(jīng)濟不相適應的消費方式和糊口方式。
